- •Analyze backlog and warranty costs per month
- •Estimate weekly service revenue
- •Create presentations in PowerPoint
- •Process customer spare parts orders
- •Handle exchange deliveries and create credit notes (RMA)
- •Assist service technicians with administrative tasks for customer service visits
