  • •Provide backup support for team members
  • •Collaborate with Supervisor on customer and vendor claims
  • •Work with Supervisor on incident and accident reporting
  • •Ensure operational relationships and KPIs are met
  • •Manage daily operations and operations KPIs
  • •Notify customers promptly about operational issues
  • •Complete business reports and work processes according to regional KPIs
  • •Address accounts payable errors in line with KPIs
  • •Resolve accounts receivable errors in line with KPIs
  • •Communicate additional costs proactively to customers
  • •Ensure timely billing of additional costs per standard agreements
