Customer Engineer / Field Service Engineer(m/w/x)

In this role, you will work closely with customers to install and maintain high-tech equipment, troubleshoot issues using digital analytics, and perform essential maintenance tasks. Your contributions will ensure optimal performance and exceptional service.

Anforderungen

• •Completion of a Bachelor degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification
• •Basic mechanical aptitude
• •Willingness to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• •Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
• •Effective written and verbal communication skills
• •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• •Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
• •Ability to meet on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines
• •1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support, or a related technical field
• •Associate degree in electronics or engineering technologies
• •Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
• •Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters
• •Ability to perform physical tasks including extensive walking, standing, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• •Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment in a clean room environment
