Anforderungen
- •Completion of commercial or technical studies, additional training as a technician or engineer in mechanics or business administration
- •Several years of professional experience in a similar field
- •Excellent knowledge of German, very good English and/or French skills
- •Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications, familiarity with ERP systems
- •Strong customer orientation, professional communication skills, good social competence, flexibility, reliability, and responsibility

- •Act as the main communication partner for internal and external customers
- •Handle complaints and warranty claims
- •Prepare and document 8D reports for customers
- •Conduct statistical analyses of field experience data
- •Evaluate product performance across various construction machinery applications
- •Approve technical statements for customers
- •Prepare reports on product failure behavior
- •Organize and monitor modification and retrofit actions at customer sites
- •Facilitate regular customer meetings with sister plants and external customers
