Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or Data Science
- •3-5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing
- •Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools (Braze, Amplitude, Snowflake)
- •Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable)
- •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
- •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- •Process-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment
- •Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is a plus
- •Authorized to work in Switzerland

- •Translate marketing campaigns into feasible CRM strategies
- •Support configuration of lifecycle programs and automated journeys
- •Maintain workflows with agency partners for consistent execution
- •Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis
- •Provide actionable insights on CRM performance to stakeholders
- •Measure impact of CRM initiatives on retention and revenue
- •Analyze database health and recommend growth action plans
- •Support testing strategies across markets
- •Collaborate with the CRM agency for asset production
- •Localize CRM calendars with clients and regional teams
