- •Lead the clinical research team and perform accompanied visits
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate priority programs
- •Conduct trend analysis and identify training opportunities
- •Drive team performance to meet KPIs and metrics
- •Partner with internal stakeholders to promote clinical research value
- •Co-lead 'One R&D' collaboration with GMA Medical Affairs Head
- •Identify resource needs and manage clinical research staff hiring
- •Maintain team capacity aligned with organizational needs
- •Define optimal team structure for effective collaboration
- •Implement strategies for continuous efficiency and productivity
- •Ensure adherence to global and local regulations and guidelines
- •Promote a quality-driven organization focused on improvement
- •Ensure inspection readiness across all activities
- •Develop a critical thinking organization for risk mitigation
- •Act as country expert for audit and inspection processes
- •Manage functional budget planning and ensure accurate forecasts
- •Communicate budget status and issues for timely decision-making
- •Expand AbbVie's site footprint to support the pipeline
