Anforderungen
- •Minimum 3 years PQE
- •Experience with African or global jurisdictions
- •Excellent knowledge of PC operating systems
- •Good communication and feedback skills
- •Excellent organizational skill

- •Strong attention to detail
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •Ability to work across geographies
- •English or common-law qualification preferred
- •Degree in Law
- •Fluent English, French, German, or Spanish

- •Support corporate governance across 27 jurisdictions
- •Provide legal administrative support to regional teams
- •Review regulatory, IP, and lease agreements
- •Advise on procurement and construction matters
- •Handle compliance and KYC documentation requests
- •Draft and review board and shareholder resolutions
- •Coordinate execution and legalization of legal documents
- •Manage digital and physical archiving systems
- •Liaise with external secretaries, liquidators, and auditors
- •Monitor and report on external legal costs
- •Conduct legal research for senior leadership
- •Maintain reference databases and virtual data rooms
- •Assist with regional M&A project organization
