Anforderungen
- •University degree or relevant paralegal education
- •At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- •Analytical and inquisitive mindset
- •Methodical and diligent with excellent attention to detail
- •Excellent verbal communication and drafting skills
- •Proven experience in providing legal support for corporate legal and governance matters
- •Experience in working internationally in cross-functional teams

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide legal support for corporate governance matters
- •Organize and manage TIL's databases on the Intranet and legal drive
- •File corporate documents, minutes, contracts, and relevant files
- •Arrange signatures on board and shareholder resolutions
- •Scan, email, and courier signed documents to recipients
- •Coordinate legalizations, notarizations, and apostilles of signatures
- •Assist with board changes and update directors' information
- •Review and draft proxies for board and shareholder meetings
- •Coordinate the Legal team's invoicing with vendors and customers
- •Support monthly reporting for TIL corporate information
- •Assist business teams with M&A and tender documentation
- •Support corporate reorganizations with necessary forms
- •Organize training sessions on record-keeping for the Legal team
