Anforderungen

•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Procurement & Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
•Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience on large, complex infrastructure or energy projects
•Proven track record in contract administration and claims management
•Strong commercial and contractual acumen
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
•High ethical standards and integrity
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Strong MS Office skills
•Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

•Manage contract and claim administration for offshore wind projects
•Provide commercial and contractual support from contract execution to project completion
•Assist Package Managers and teams with variations, amendments, and claims
•Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for additional scope and procurement activities
•Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and key dates
•Administer payment milestones, liquidated damages, and claim timelines
•Analyze contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps
•Maintain and update risk, claim, and variation registers
•Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and claims documentation
•Coordinate contract- and claim-related matters across various stakeholders
•Support meetings and dispute resolution efforts
