Anforderungen
- •Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- •Ability to structure complex issues and synthesize information
- •Combination of strategic thinking and pragmatic understanding
- •Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and accountability
- •Confident communication with senior officials and experts
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Extensive experience working with the public sector in Switzerland
- •Strong consulting skills to articulate client needs
- •Experience in supporting public policy design and evaluation
- •Good knowledge of circular economy concepts
- •Native German and excellent proficiency in English and French
- •Master's degree or equivalent in public administration or related field
- •At least 5 years of experience in regional development and circular economy
- •Methodical and organized with project management skills
- •Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- •High level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
