Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as a member of the Europe Compliance Leadership Team
- •Collaborate with GSK leaders to implement a compliance program in Germany
- •Prevent, detect, and correct violations of company policy
- •Embed enterprise risk mitigation programs, including Commercial Practices, Anti-bribery and Corruption, and Privacy
- •Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and manage risks
- •Ensure timely deployment of corporate policies for competitive performance
- •Facilitate the Germany Risk Management and Compliance Board (RMCB)
- •Promote effective risk management plans integrating investigations, monitoring, and auditing themes
- •Manage internal reporting and escalation of issues in Germany
- •Collaborate with Corporate Investigations Team, HR, and Legal for thorough investigations
- •Implement global compliance programs with local specifications and training
- •Advise senior leaders on risks associated with emerging business strategies
- •Provide advisory services on GSK Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- •Ensure proper internal controls and management monitoring are in place
- •Support closure of local Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
- •Lead change for standardization to simplify practices while adhering to GSK policy
