Anforderungen
- •Technical degree (EQF level 4+) in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions
- •Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations (EASA continuing airworthiness preferred)
- •Experience with compliance audits, certification processes, or quality assurance systems
- •Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills; deadline-oriented
- •Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or Q-Pulse is an advantage
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluent English (C1); German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain and update company standards, procedures, and manuals according to aviation regulations
- •Coordinate and resolve internal and external audit findings with corrective and preventive actions
- •Manage capability lists, company authorizations, and stamps, ensuring accurate records and approvals
- •Approve and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance and regulatory readiness
- •Serve as the point of contact with aviation authorities, preparing and maintaining certification documentation
- •Conduct internal and external audits focused on safety, quality, and compliance
- •Support and deliver training sessions on compliance and related subjects, both web-based and in-person
