Commercial Systems Specialist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be the go-to person for business users, providing support and guidance while ensuring systems are tailored to meet their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, data management, and creating essential documentation.

Anforderungen

• •At least five years of experience in CRM Key User, Administrator, Business Analyst focused on sales, or Sales Operations
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analysis tools, and ERP systems; CRM and Qlik Sense knowledge considered an asset
• •Strong skills in analysing, interpreting, and managing key figures
• •Completed studies in business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, finance, or a similar field
• •Proficiency in English and German
• •Capability of working independently with a focus on achieving results
• •Willingness to travel up to 15%
