Anforderungen
- •At least five years of experience in CRM Key User, Administrator, Business Analyst focused on sales, or Sales Operations
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analysis tools, and ERP systems; CRM and Qlik Sense knowledge considered an asset
- •Strong skills in analysing, interpreting, and managing key figures
- •Completed studies in business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, finance, or a similar field
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Capability of working independently with a focus on achieving results
- •Willingness to travel up to 15%

- •Serve as the main contact for business users and IT/CRM support
