Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role
- •Knowledge of controlling and reporting in sales and bid phase
- •Knowledge in commercial sales and bid-related tools
- •Good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- •Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- •Team player and business-oriented
- •Experience in cross-country collaboration
- •Resilience in a dynamic sales environment
- •Highly self-motivated and adept at handling rapid changes
- •Proficient in multitasking
- •Growth mindset
- •Siemens (Commercial) Project Management certification is an advantage

- •Manage all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition
- •Analyze contracts and calculate costs
- •Create cash flow projections and business models
- •Evaluate taxation and financing concepts
- •Assess currency risks and opportunities
- •Manage bonds, terms of payment, and credit ratings
- •Oversee insurances and export control compliance
- •Collaborate with specialist departments and regional companies
- •Prepare competitive offers on time
- •Analyze customer requests and tender documents
- •Develop bidding strategies and conduct contract negotiations
- •Present offers and complex issues to executive management
- •Prepare LoA documentation and meetings
- •Provide regular reporting on bid status
- •Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and partners
- •Support the Sales team with business models and activities
- •Perform sales data analysis to inform decisions
- •Provide timely information on bid projects and sales activities
