Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing, Public Health, Paramedic or related experience
- •Clinical background: Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent, or allied health/scientific degree with strong wound care practice exposure
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Public speaking, presentation and training skills
- •Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- •Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator
- •Willingness to travel within territory and a valid driver's license
- •Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

- •Serve as a subject matter expert for the Medical Solutions Portfolio
- •Train and educate customers on the clinical and cost-effective use of Solventum Solutions
- •Support the wider clinical audience with product knowledge
- •Influence customer practices using clinical and evidence-based arguments
- •Gather insights on competitor products and market regulations
- •Share knowledge of competitor claims and activities internally
- •Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support business development
- •Attend industry exhibitions and events to drive demand for Solventum products
- •Build customer loyalty through engagement at events
- •Report and record customer data in the CRM system
- •Support and deliver product training to internal colleagues
