Anforderungen

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Manufacturing/Automotive
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
  • Experience with AI-based transformation
  • Deep exposure to successful change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence
  • Ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
  • Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
  • Strong team player with patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
  • Project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments

Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Ensure proper staffing for engagements using global cross-functional Celonis teams
  • Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturation
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, offering feedback on performance
  • Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
  • Influence stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise
  • Establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
  • Resolve customer escalations by efficiently orchestrating internal teams
  • Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
  • Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring project completion and client satisfaction
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry challenges
  • Act as the voice of the customer to align product development with industry needs
  • Drive customer presence at key Celonis and industry events
  • Collaborate on innovation and new asset development for the value engineering team
