- •Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- •Ensure proper staffing for engagements using global cross-functional teams
- •Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturation
- •Coach team members and provide feedback on performance
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- •Influence stakeholders through executive communication and product knowledge
- •Establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
- •Resolve customer escalations by coordinating internal teams effectively
- •Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
- •Drive value realization and adoption within accounts
- •Ensure high-quality, on-time project completion and client satisfaction
- •Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry challenges and innovations
- •Act as the voice of the customer within the company
- •Drive customer presence at key events and serve as a Celonis leader
- •Collaborate on innovation and contribute to resources for the value engineering team
