Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary contact for European Sovereign Cloud customers
- •Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and engagement
- •Conduct service and business planning meetings
- •Explain cloud strategies and promote S/4HANA adoption
- •Lead regular business reviews to discuss service quality
- •De-escalate critical situations and manage support requirements
- •Coordinate customer release and maintenance schedules
- •Manage delivery scope, budget, and project milestones
- •Facilitate root cause analysis with operations teams
- •Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal processes
- •Monitor customer satisfaction and review SLA service credits
- •Manage commercial change requests and pricing overviews
