- •Analyze and interpret charterparty clauses and related contracts
- •Assess the company's position in potential disputes and evaluate claim exposure
- •Advise on optimal strategies for dispute resolution
- •Pursue outstanding balances such as unpaid hire and freight
- •Ensure timely debt collection to protect company interests
- •Review and advise on Bills of Lading and Letters of Indemnity
- •Manage voyage-related commercial claims with the Legal department
- •Negotiate claim settlements directly with counterparties
- •Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
