Anforderungen

  • •Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
  • •Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools
  • •Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
  • •Fluency in German

  • •Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
  • •Use market data to support compensation recommendations
  • •Mentor Recruiters and other team members
