Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar
- •Several years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles, ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industries
- •Recognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or research
- •Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments
- •Ability to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teams
- •Excellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset)

- •Lead business development across global markets and segments
- •Develop and implement a market-driven growth strategy for certification-related and adjacent services
- •Oversee end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-market
- •Contribute to early-stage product design and prototyping as needed
- •Establish prioritization logic and ROI discipline for new opportunities
- •Enhance commercial and product literacy within BD teams through coaching and direction
- •Maintain and expand senior relationships with clients, Fairtrade stakeholders, and partners
- •Represent FLOCERT in strategic negotiations and alliances
- •Ensure alignment with Operations for successful market delivery
