Anforderungen
- •University degree (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science, or related fields
- •At least two years of relevant professional experience in an office and customer-oriented environment
- •Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); Dutch would be a strong asset
- •Strong dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills
- •Previous work experience in an international environment is advantageous
- •Excellent team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- •Dedicated working style with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
- •Proven ability to multitask with a focus on detail and timely delivery
- •Fluency in any other European language (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus
- •Proficient in MS Office
- •Strong motivation and commitment to credible social certification and assurance principles

- •Act as account manager for assigned customers
- •Communicate with applicants and certified customers
- •Address specific needs of key accounts
- •Oversee designated customers and services
- •Apply assurance methods defined within the assurance scheme
- •Analyze assessment reports and data sets
- •Support production of insights and conclusions
- •Enhance assurance processes
- •Contribute to cross-functional projects
- •Assist in performance evaluation of auditors
- •Enter and maintain accurate data on all platforms
- •Identify and deliver new assurance services as required
