Anforderungen

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions is desirable
  • Experience in solution selling environment, specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models is desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and effectively as part of a team
  • Hands-on attitude with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals and specifications
  • Customer-first approach with a clear can-do attitude
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills with ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region – 60%
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to effectively communicate in German and English, both verbally and in writing

  • Manage and develop assigned accounts in the DACH region
  • Achieve growth targets for your accounts
  • Support and collaborate with the team on business development
  • Spend 60% of your time traveling and engaging with customers
  • Develop and execute business strategies for new and existing accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share
  • Introduce the latest products and solutions to clients
  • Create and implement account plans aligned with strategic goals
  • Provide necessary training and support to regional accounts
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess customer needs
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
  • Collaborate across business areas to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain customer details and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Analyze account sales figures to understand buying patterns
  • Stay updated on HID products and competitive solutions
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts using provided tools
  • Build a Partner Community to enhance brand loyalty and revenue
