Anforderungen

  • •University degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field
  • •Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Systemic Coaching
  • •5+ years’ experience in change management for large-scale transformation programs
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations
  • •Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • •Outstanding communication skills in English
  • •Additional European languages are a plus
  • •Proven experience in designing and coordinating end-user training programs
  • •Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving project needs
  • •Prior experience in international, multi-country projects
  • •Cultural awareness and willingness to travel within Europe
