- •University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- •More than 5 years of experience in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) projects
- •Demonstrated ability to lead change management and communication activities
- •Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- •Strong leadership qualities and analytical problem-solving skills
- •High level of self-motivation and strong collaboration skills
- •Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- •Experience with improvement initiatives related to process optimisation and automation
- •Proven project management experience and knowledge of project steering frameworks

- •Support strategic planning for the FBS Subledger Leadership Team

- •Facilitate change management and communication activities within FBS
- •Contribute to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and intercompany cost allocation initiatives
- •Mentor and guide process experts in project management
