Anforderungen
- •Strong experience in mammalian cell cultivation
- •Advanced experience using DoE software is a plus
- •Experience with lab automated systems is preferred
- •Experience with Raman spectroscopy is a plus
- •Capacity to generate, manage, analyze, and maintain critical data
- •Understanding project timelines and priorities is essential

- •Support implementation of automated cell cultivation platform.
- •Execute automation procedures using integrated liquid handling systems.
- •Participate in experimental designs to evaluate automated processes.
- •Perform control tests to monitor cell culture parameters.
- •Identify critical parameters and troubleshoot process bottlenecks.
- •Characterize optimized cell culture processes and execute improvements.
- •Independently plan and execute experiments based on established timelines.
- •Establish protocols and documentation for process validation.
- •Develop and implement innovative technologies and methods.
- •Support equipment maintenance and vendor interactions.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot errors.
- •Support global Cell Line Development activities in later phases.
- •Generate and maintain meticulous records of experiments.
- •Manage data analysis and provide technical reports.
- •Present data at team meetings.
- •Engage in weekend call-outs and operate on-site as needed.
