Anforderungen
- •University degree in marketing, management, public administration, or equivalent
- •First proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or sales
- •Foundational experience in category expertise, preferably in retail
- •Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- •Conceptual and strategic thinking abilities
- •Collaborative personality with executional drive
- •Convincing and winning personality capable of fostering customer relationships
- •Proficiency in both German and English; French is a plus

- •Support the Delivering Category Growth process with analytical insights
- •Conduct customer visits to drive planning and leverage commercial opportunities
- •Ensure effective execution of channel-specific growth strategies
- •Develop shopper insights and initiate studies with central team support
- •Analyze shopper studies and recommend actions based on buying behavior
- •Provide input on product assortment, planograms, and pricing strategies
- •Create awareness of shopper insights within Marketing and Sales teams
- •Develop channel intelligence and analyze data alongside central team information
