Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management or demand generation, ideally within SaaS or technology
  • •Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries
  • •Proven track record of developing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • •Strong verbal and written storytelling and messaging skills
  • •Hands-on experience with campaign execution across digital, social, events, and account-based marketing
  • •Deep knowledge of marketing channels and ability to design and deliver fully integrated campaigns
  • •Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • •Experience with working AI tools (copy, content creation, campaign execution)
  • •Excellent project management skills
  • •Analytical mindset with a history of measuring and reporting campaign impact
  • •Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable
  • •German native speaker, fluent in English

  • •Drive regional demand generation aligned with business objectives
  • •Ensure campaigns contribute to pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion
  • •Develop integrated regional campaign plans balancing global direction with local priorities
  • •Evaluate sales demands, market dynamics, and buyer needs to shape campaign strategy
  • •Plan ahead while remaining flexible for ad-hoc requests and opportunities
  • •Adapt and localize global messaging into compelling regional stories
  • •Collaborate with product marketing, communications, and creative teams to create high-quality regional content
  • •Ensure all assets align with the brand and support effective storytelling
  • •Lead multi-channel campaign delivery across digital, paid media, email, social, webinars, events, and ABM
  • •Create campaign asset content and align messaging across all assets
  • •Drive implementation with channel owners for timely, high-quality delivery
  • •Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to sales and leadership
  • •Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real time and maximize ROI
  • •Build strong alignment with regional sales leaders, keeping them informed of plans and results
  • •Act as a connector across Product Marketing, Content, and Communications for unified execution
  • •Communicate effectively with execution teams and leadership, managing expectations and priorities
