Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- •Several years of relevant experience in HR, people development, or organisational culture
- •Good leadership, coaching, and change management skills
- •Ability to support cultural alignment and employee engagement
- •Functional knowledge in people analytics and engagement tools
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
- •Strong presentation skills
- •Virtual teamwork
- •Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
- •Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

- •Contribute to the design and rollout of training workshops
- •Assist with onboarding programs for new hires
- •Monitor and report on training effectiveness and participation
