Anforderungen
- •Confidence in leadership and project management
- •Degree in business administration or related field
- •At least 4 years of experience managing digital projects
- •Strong IT affinity and ability to oversee complex processes
- •Expertise in Requirements Engineering, IT Management, Architecture Design, Project Management, Quality Management, and Leadership
- •Experience in the elevator industry or related technical field
- •Fluency in English, German proficiency is a plus
- •Willingness to travel up to 20%

- •Develop and optimize business process models for ERP systems
- •Support scalability and efficiency of the ERP systems landscape
- •Drive process harmonization and standardization
- •Promote continuous improvement across the value chain
- •Partner with process owners for technical solution implementation
- •Manage relationships with IT suppliers
- •Coordinate a global network of business owners and experts
- •Ensure effective knowledge sharing and training on ERP processes
