Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
- •Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or commercial analytics within consumer goods or retail, ideally combined with corporate strategy or project management experience
- •Proven experience working with C-suite stakeholders in a high-growth, multinational environment
- •Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel
- •Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and category management
- •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, networked thinking and storytelling skills
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define growth strategies
- •Lead commercial performance analysis across various channels
- •Develop and maintain executive dashboards for sales and inventory tracking
- •Conduct pricing and promotional impact analysis
- •Track variances and forecast demand
- •Deliver competitor benchmarking and category insights
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- •Prepare board-level presentations and strategic memos
- •Identify new growth opportunities, including geographic expansion
- •Evaluate product innovation and strategic partnerships
- •Drive improvements in analytics tools and reporting standards
