Business Manager Growth Strategy & Commercial Analytics(m/w/x)

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to shape growth strategies while analyzing commercial performance across multiple channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing dashboards, conducting market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for expansion and innovation.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
• •Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or commercial analytics within consumer goods or retail, ideally combined with corporate strategy or project management experience
• •Proven experience working with C-suite stakeholders in a high-growth, multinational environment
• •Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel
• •Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and category management
• •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, networked thinking and storytelling skills
• •Fluency in English; German is a plus
