- •Define and execute the BE&E strategy for Austria
- •Lead a high-performing team in business excellence and digital engagement
- •Drive innovative go-to-market models and optimize performance
- •Collaborate with the ICE Lead on MarTech platforms and advanced analytics
- •Act as a strategic advisor to the IM Leadership Team
- •Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio value
- •Enhance capability building and performance standards for sales and medical teams
- •Localize global digital platforms and leverage analytics for insights
- •Oversee lifecycle management and innovative models for mature brands
- •Partner with TA Heads, Market Access, and Medical for integrated execution
- •Ensure adherence to Novartis standards and regulatory requirements
- •Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
