Anforderungen

•Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance
•Existing portfolio of clients, Introducing Brokers, or EAMs in Forex, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies, or Trading
•Strong knowledge of the LATAM market
•Understanding of leverage products, CFDs, and Forex
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Ambitious self-starter, eager to meet and exceed targets
•Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
•Open-minded, team-oriented spirit
•Availability to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and business partners
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities
•Acquire new clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings
•Support the LATAM Desk with client onboarding
•Manage initial contact and follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team
•Travel to meet business partners and VIP clients as needed
•Provide support to Business Development team members and the Head of Desk
•Review account forms for data accuracy and completeness
•Conduct customer due diligence and client identification via video conference
•Coordinate with Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and Payments for account opening and funding
