Anforderungen
- •Advanced level of German and English
- •BA/BS or graduate degree in a business-related discipline
- •2+ years of relevant work experience in Seller-, Vendor-, Purchasing- or Category Management, ideally in FMCG-retailing or e-commerce and/or the pet industry
- •Experience in managing business partners, ideally in a retail environment
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- •Experience in managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects
- •Hands-on mentality and analytical skills
- •Self-motivated and results-driven
- •Experience with Mirakl software preferred
- •Intercultural competence

- •Identify new sellers and evaluate their product portfolios
- •Build and manage a pipeline of sellers to meet or exceed targets

- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketplace rollout
- •Define processes and operations for new markets
- •Drive process optimization and scalability using AI and automation tools
