  • •Workday Integration Certification and Workday Studio experience
  • •Workflow design and complex problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services
  • •Experience with Notepad++, Oxygen XML, and Copilot
  • •Experience in auditing, compliance, and security management
  • •Willingness to work with HR & Legal applications
  • •Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence
  • •Familiarity with agile project management tools
  • •Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • •Excellent German and English communication skills
  • •Understanding of Workday functional modules
  • •Desirable knowledge of WECI and PECI
  • •Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate and Extend

  • •Act as principal expert for HR and Legal software integrations
  • •Own solution design, configuration, and deployment
  • •Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connector, and Studio
  • •Provide Level 3 support for Core HCM and Compensation
  • •Manage and audit Workday security and Single Sign-On
  • •Coordinate bi-annual Workday release cycles
  • •Optimize Workday AI and Machine Learning features
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • •Integrate applications like OneTrust and local payroll systems
  • •Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • •Maintain technical documentation and integration standards
  • •Track projects using Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence
  • •Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
  • •Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
