- •University degree in business economics, information technology, or related fields, or comparable academic/work achievement
- •5-7 years of experience as business analyst, product owner/manager, solution architect, or consultant in financial services
- •Track record of delivering complex initiatives or IT transformations in multiple functional banking domains
- •Ability to provide strategic advice to clients on platform capabilities and enhancements
- •Structured and analytical approach with ability to synthesize complex topics to stakeholders
- •Familiarity with software development lifecycle and banking platform technologies
- •Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- •Relevant certifications in project management, IT, or banking platform technologies are a plus
- •Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- •Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
