Anforderungen
- •BSc/MSc with more than 5/3 years of experience in biotechnology or related field
- •Strong safety relevant qualifications and experience from large projects and commercial operations
- •Strong communication and leadership skills
- •Collaborative team player
- •Structured, solution-oriented mindset
- •Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt preferred
- •Fluency in German and/or English
- •Strong GMP knowledge

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement safety processes aligned with site and global safety strategies
- •Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- •Act as Owner for LOTOTO planning and scope definition for assigned activities
- •Support consistent application of LOTOTO and key Permit-to-Work processes
- •Provide coaching and guidance for safe execution of permitted work
- •Lead safety-related aspects within multidisciplinary project teams
- •Serve as production safety expert for capital investment projects
- •Contribute to risk assessments and support safe troubleshooting
- •Implement GMP documentation and regulatory requirements for assets and products
- •Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations, Lonza policies, and site standards
- •Support incident investigations and follow-up actions using structured problem-solving
- •Identify trends and improvement opportunities to enhance operational safety
