Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- •Comprehensive working knowledge of Process Safety and High Hazard legislation
- •Competence in risk analysis techniques
- •Profound work experience within the Chemical or Bio-manufacturing industry
- •Proven process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing (cGMP & safety aspects)
- •Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- •Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training
- •Ability to deal with high level of ambiguity using coaching skills
- •Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee EHS programs for the Visp site
- •Develop continuous improvement strategies for EHS process safety management
- •Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and international standards
- •Conduct risk analysis and provide consultation on explosion protection
- •Collaborate with EHS functions on site for program implementation
- •Select, train, and guide on EHS process safety tools and data systems
- •Perform plant inspections, short audits, and site inspections
- •Implement and enhance EHS process safety dashboard and performance monitoring systems
- •Create and implement EHS process safety standards for Visp
