Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in molecular biology or cell biology
- •Minimum 6–9 months of experience in a cell culture lab
- •Demonstrated expertise in cell culture methods
- •Proficiency with ELISA, qPCR, and Western blotting
- •Skilled in immunofluorescence staining and microscopy methods
- •Experience with Multi Electrode Arrays, library preparation for transcriptomics, or CRISPR/Cas9
- •Proactive learner with scientific curiosity
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Plan and execute in-vitro experiments
- •Investigate mechanisms of action for molecular targets
- •Perform cell culture experiments
- •Conduct molecular biology techniques (ELISA, qPCR, Western blot)
- •Execute histology experiments (IF/IHC, RNAscope-ISH)
- •Develop and validate in-vitro models
- •Profile compounds for pipeline projects
- •Collaborate with colleagues in Discovery Biology and other functions
- •Support lab management, including inventory and sample stock management
- •Manage orders for lab supplies
- •Stay current with scientific literature
- •Learn and validate new techniques proactively
- •Review protocols and results critically
- •Document and present findings in group meetings
- •Adhere to quality and ethical standards in experimental records
