Anforderungen
- •Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience, preferably in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry
- •Preferred fields of study: life sciences, healthcare, business or related field
- •Project Management certification preferred
- •Strong understanding of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems
- •Excellent organizational and planning abilities with demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects
- •Advanced communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- •Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- •Experience with relevant systems like Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise preferred
- •Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management capabilities
- •Analytical approach with ability to identify and address risks
- •Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and process compliance skills
- •Self-directed while collaborating effectively in a matrix environment
- •English fluency required; additional languages beneficial
- •Travel required 10-25%
- •Client-focused with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
