Anforderungen

•PhD or MD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines
•Knowledge in innovative model-informed drug development (MIDD) approaches in Mental Health and/or Eye Health
•Sound knowledge of preclinical and clinical drug development, including NDA/BLA submissions
•Knowledge in life science and/or medicine fields, e.g. clinical pharmacology, data sciences
•Matrix leadership and project management skills in a multidisciplinary, global setting
•Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
•Fluency in English, both spoken and written

•Mentor and guide Pharmacometrics Leads
•Plan and execute innovative pharmacometric strategies
•Report on pharmacometric analyses for portfolio needs
•Collaborate with the functional head on therapeutic priorities
•Champion innovative pharmacometric strategies across pipeline assets
•Drive scientific excellence to maximize pipeline success
•Represent the function in internal and external meetings
•Manage talent development and goal setting
•Facilitate transparent and effective communication
•Foster knowledge exchange within the area of responsibility
•Serve as Pharmacometrics Lead for selected projects
•Coordinate input from all CPS functions for cohesive contributions
•Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and applicable regulations
