- •3 to 5 years practical experience in investment banking, M&A boutique, or equivalent
- •Extensive knowledge of sector trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics
- •Experience in Capital Markets and/or M&A sell-side projects
- •Profound practical valuation expertise including comparable company and transaction analyses
- •Advanced Excel modeling skills
- •Experience in pitching for and originating M&A mandates
- •Excellent skills in standard office software and databases
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Strong oral and written skills in German and English
- •Team player with adaptability to different team compositions
- •Ability to assume responsibilities and accountability
- •Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines
