- •Minimum three years practical experience in investment banking, M&A boutique, or equivalent
- •Experience in execution of M&A or capital markets projects
- •Robust process management skills
- •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases

- •Conduct targeted company and market research
- •Prepare pitch books and marketing materials
- •Perform detailed financial modeling for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings
