Associate Director, Head of Communication, Culture and Engagement(m/w/x)

In this role, you will craft and execute internal communication strategies while creating engaging content for various channels. You will also organize meetings to enhance transparency, drive engagement initiatives, and manage crisis communication.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• •5+ years of experience in communications ideally in an international matrix organization
• •Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
• •Experience in crisis communication and change management methodologies
• •Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
