Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- •Minimum of 5 years of corporate credit analysis experience
- •Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of financial statement analysis
- •Understanding of legal transaction and debt documentation
- •High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- •Effective teamwork and strategic problem-solving approach
- •Knowledge of Automotive, Capital Goods, and/or A&D sectors
- •Willingness to travel within Europe for meetings
- •Proficiency in AI tools and experience with generative AI

- •Conduct comprehensive corporate credit analysis
- •Evaluate creditworthiness of corporate entities and infrastructure projects
- •Analyze and monitor a portfolio of approximately 15 credits
- •Apply S&P Global Ratings' Methodology
- •Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and issues
- •Collaborate with senior management, Finance and Treasury teams, and stakeholders
- •Gather and analyze relevant information
- •Establish strong work relationships
- •Prepare and present detailed rating recommendations to rating committees
- •Ensure precision and timeliness in analyses
- •Publish thorough credit analyses and sector commentaries
- •Enhance transparency and communication within debt markets
- •Engage with investors and market participants
- •Foster understanding and support informed decision-making
