Senior Analyst, Real Estate Corporate Ratings(m/w/x)

In this role, you will provide critical credit risk analysis that shapes rating decisions, engage with finance teams and investors, and develop insightful research to enhance transparency in the debt markets.

Anforderungen

• •Strong analytical skills
• •3-5 years of experience and a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• •Interest in financial modelling
• •Experience in analyzing debt/instrument documentation and transaction structures
• •Previous experience in a global organization and ability to work in an international, regulated business environment
• •Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
