Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or MSc degree
•7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or food manufacturing
•Experience negotiating complex agreements with senior executive-level stakeholders
•Relevant industry knowledge of drug product development and consumer product development
•Analytical and financial skills
•Superior customer service skills
•Proficient in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
•Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
•Financial acumen
•Fluency in English
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
•Self-motivated and collaborative
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead contracting activities for PCH EMEA
•Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts with customers
•Prepare and review contracts for alignment with business objectives
•Provide guidance on complex deal structures
•Coordinate with legal teams on contract matters
•Manage risk and maintain contract records
•Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with stakeholders
•Track all contracts being negotiated for PCH
•Mitigate risk by understanding proposed terms and conditions
•Develop recommendations for contract language
•Identify and communicate risk areas during negotiations
•Escalate issues appropriately throughout the contract lifecycle
•Drive compliance with legal and organizational policies
•Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional partners
•Support negotiations of complex pricing arrangements
•Resolve disputes and draft resolution agreements
•Enhance customer satisfaction continuously
•Perform other duties as assigned
