Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Economics, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in climate strategy, decarbonization, or sustainability within large, complex organizations
- •Proven experience in GHG accounting, decarbonization planning, and financial modeling
- •Strong background in climate data analytics, scenario modeling, and risk assessment
- •Experience with transition risk frameworks, ESG disclosures, and regulatory compliance
- •Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Ability to work across disciplines and regions in a matrixed, global organization
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- •Experience working with tools such as SBTi, TCFD, CDP, GRESB
- •Familiarity with SAP, Enablon, or other sustainability/ESG software platforms
- •Knowledge of sustainability-linked finance instruments

- •Lead the development of Teva’s global decarbonization roadmap
- •Execute decarbonization strategies targeting Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
- •Design climate-related programs to reduce environmental impact
- •Implement initiatives to enhance operational resilience
- •Develop advanced decarbonization financial models
- •Manage marginal abatement cost curves and cost-benefit scenarios
- •Integrate sustainability finance into decision-making processes
- •Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operational Excellence teams
- •Oversee GHG accounting and reporting for compliance
- •Support Corporate Sustainability with external reporting
- •Conduct climate risk and opportunity assessments
- •Focus on transition risks and climate-related regulatory trends
- •Leverage data analytics for climate data management
- •Improve visibility and performance tracking of climate initiatives
- •Partner with global teams for multi-disciplinary climate strategy execution
- •Serve as a subject matter expert in sustainability forums
