Anforderungen
- •Education in business administration, economics, human resources, or similar
- •HR leadership experience with a focus on strategy, workforce planning, and analytics
- •Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing data-driven HR practices
- •Strong expertise in workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and predictive analytics
- •Ability to contribute to financial planning processes from a SWP&A perspective
- •Advanced experience with HR management systems, SAP BI, visualization tools, and MS Office
- •Ability to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies
- •Strong understanding of data governance standards and practices
- •Extensive change management experience in managing large-scale projects
- •Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a complex organization
- •Oral and written fluency in English

- •Co-develop and implement global workforce planning processes
- •Integrate workforce planning with strategic and financial objectives

- •Incorporate external talent perspectives into workforce plans
- •Provide insights to HR and business leaders through analytics
- •Apply predictive analytics to anticipate workforce risks
- •Develop proactive talent plans for skill gaps and turnover
- •Create contingency plans for unforeseen workforce challenges
- •Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
- •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
- •Align workforce plans with hiring, training, and budget strategies
