- •10+ years of professional experience in Paid User Acquisition and ASO
- •5+ years of experience leading and growing a high-performing app marketing team
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
- •Strong understanding of mobile tracking platforms
- •Experience interpreting and optimizing multi-touch attribution models
- •Ability to identify and close tech/setup gaps quickly
- •Understanding of digital marketing disciplines
- •Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning from experiences
